Can I redistribute the data?↓
Yes, with attribution. All five source authorities publish under open or public-domain licences. Each recall's source_record_url is the authoritative citation; cite it whenever you redistribute a notice.
What does 'full provenance' mean?↓
Every field in a recall document records which authority sourced it, the source URL, and the fetch timestamp. You can trace any value back to the original regulator page.
What's in the free sample?↓
~150 recall notices (JSON + CSV + SQLite) sampled across all five authorities. Enough to evaluate schema, content quality, and integration. No account needed.
What's the update cadence?↓
Snapshots are versioned by month (v2026.06). The Snapshot tier includes free updates for 30 days. Snapshot+API subscribers get updates continuously via the API.
